New connection policy

Documents required for new connection


For the information of all those who are looking for the connection of Bogra Palli Bidyut Samiti-1, it is informed that in order to facilitate the process of receiving electricity connection, all the necessary documents have to be submitted to the potential customers for residential connection in 08 days and industrial connection in 28 days.


In case of residential / commercial (L, T) off line connection:


1. Application form (including mobile number) with 1 copy of duly filled photo with signature of the applicant.


2. Attested copy of land deed or pamphlet or title deed or lease agreement or power of attorney.


3. Photocopy of last paid bill if there is any permanent or non-permanent connection before.


 


In case of residential / commercial (L, T) online connection:


1. 1 copy photo of the applicant (with mobile number).


2. Scanned copy of land deed or pamphlet or namazari paper or lease agreement or power of attorney.


3. Number of national identity card must be entered.


 


In case of residential / commercial (L, T) off line connection:


1. Application form (including mobile number) with 1 copy of duly filled photo with signature of the applicant.


2. Attested copy of land deed or pamphlet or title deed or lease agreement or power of attorney.


3. Photocopy of last paid bill if there is any permanent or non-permanent connection before.


 


For all types of industry (L, T) offline connection:


1. Application form (including mobile number) with 1 copy of duly filled photo with signature of the applicant.


2. Attested copy of land deed or pamphlet or title deed or lease agreement or power of attorney.


3. Photocopy of last paid bill if there is any permanent or non-permanent connection before.


4. Attested copy of Trade License or Industrial Registration Certificate.


5. Attested copy of Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of Articles in case of Limited Company.


6. Copy of approved layout plan.


 


For all types of industry (HT) offline connection:


1. Application form (including mobile number) with 1 copy of duly filled photo with signature of the applicant.


2. Attested copy of land deed or pamphlet or title deed or lease agreement or power of attorney.


3. Photocopy of last paid bill if there is any permanent or non-permanent connection before.


3. Attested copy of Trade License or Industrial Registration Certificate.


5. Attested copy of Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum of Articles in case of Limited Company.


6. Layout and single line diagram of the proposed substation.
